It caters for all ages and all levels of expertise and proficiency. It is a platform to learn and contribute to the knowledge base of Nature around is. It is a powerful tool and can do many cool things such as:

  • Species lists for an area.
  • A ‘Place’ for your school, farm, conservancy, town, hiking trail.
  • Ways to track your favourite group of organisms and interact with like-minded people, as well as experts from across the globe (penguins, fogs, mushrooms, Ericas).
  • It is ideal for bio blitzes.
  • It made Cape Town win the global City Nature Challenge amongst more than 150 cities earlier this.
  • Projects are useful too: Examples of existing ‘Projects’: Champion trees, Roadkill, Red data species, NEMBA Alien Invasive Plants and many more.
