Partnerships Paying Off

Aug 14, 2019 | General News

Some time ago we received a request, via one of our students (Philippa Davis) for spekbome to be planted at Zeekoevlei Primary School (Cape Town). We sourced some 60 spekbome from the De Rust wetland nursery, and it was transported to the school by 2 women (Heater Kruger and Margaret de le Rey). These spekbome then formed part of the design of a waterwise garden that was planted at the school – with the assistance of many volunteers and JTC, the organisers of the event, on 21 July 2019.

We are super proud that we could assist in a small way to make this school proudly water wise.
